Based in York City Centre.
Must be flexible with working hours as you will be required to work every other weekend Sat 9am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm.
Working 5 days over 7. Monday to Friday hours will be also be shifted over 8hrs between 8.30am and 7pm.
Eg - if you work Sat and Sunday you will be off two days in the week.

The purpose of the position is to deliver first rate customer service to all potential and existing customers, ensuring all elements of the service are delivered to a high quality and on time.
To communicate with all customers in an effective and efficient manner to ensure the products and services of the Company are delivered at the highest standard.
To work as part of a team to deliver the service and to undertake any task required to fulfil Company, Team and individual performance objectives.
·Deal with incoming calls in a professional manner
