Business Development Executive
£30k - £35k basic plus Bonus available between £5 - £10k annually

A modern, forward thinking established company based in the heart of Selby are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive.

The Role

You will need to be a talented, tenacious, high energy professional with good instincts and a positive outlook that can overcome any obstacle, along with a strong desire to succeed.
You will have a proven track record of achieving KPI's within the sales arena and generating income. An outstanding communicator, both verbal and written, Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills are also vital.

•• You will focus on developing our 5-year growth strategy,
•• Maintain positive relationships with our prospects
•• Identify and build new potential relationships with prospects
•• A passion for technology, websites, Social Media, SEO etc. is essential


Prospect Management: Manage day-to-day interactions with prospects; generate and win new customers; Use your sales skills to secure appointments; Manage and build a pipeline of potential clients, providing a bespoke service
Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key prospects; participate and lead aspects of the proposal process; Create structured recommendations and pricing proposals
People Development: You will coach and provide leadership/support for the sales team
New Business: Out-reach through direct mail, telephone out-reaches and emails; Attend Trade Fairs.
Work to KPI's /SLA and set targets in order to achieve bonus
