Office Administrator
Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm - 1 hr lunch (some flexibility required)
The Company
A small, exciting forward thinking, family run company based on Clifton Moor in York are looking to strengthen their Admin Support function.
This role would suit someone at the start their office admin career who wants to develop their skills and experience or someone that is returning back to work.
·Coordinate all administrative functions and duties including document handling, production and delivery.
·Maintain in-house marketing materials and coordinate delivery of those materials when appropriate
·Handle telephone calls and messages regarding delivery, procurement, and general enquiries.
·Assist in maintaining corporate and financial records of the business
·Assist with client enquiries on billing and invoicing
·Book venues for business meetings and gatherings
·Coordinate returns procedure for equipment
·Assist with the preparation of routine reports and other requests as needed.
·Assist with the ordering of materials, supplies and equipment for the business
·Processing of post and parcels
·Tidy work area at all times
·Attend Company provided training relevant to the business.

Knowledge and Skills required for performing the role well
·Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and client-care

·Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly

·Proficient with general office applications

·Process driven and attention to detail

·Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
