Commercial Property Solicitor
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a top tier law firm within Norwich City Centre. Responsible for a caseload of property work including business sales, share sales and acquisitions, reorganisations, company re-structures, corporate finance, commercial contracts and extensive commercial property transactions. This is a Monday to Friday position working from 9am till 5pm.

Duties of Commercial Property Solicitor
§The successful candidate will be responsible for their own caseload and must be able to show experience of dealing with Corporate or Commercial Property work with further training available.
§In addition to managing your own matters you will be assisting on higher value and more complex corporate and property matters.
§Our client are ideally looking for candidates who can manage transactions from start to finish to include drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements and other documentation, liaising directly with clients, attending meetings and conferences and engaging in business development.

Experience Required for the Commercial Property Solicitor
§Used to managing caseloads of residential or commercial property matters
§Experienced, or be willing to quickly adapt to dealing with property development, investment, finance, landlord and tenant matters, buying and selling business premises
§Able to work on their own and within a team
§Confident and comfortable with business development and networking
