We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Credit Hire Litigation Executive to join an established growing team based in the heart of Bournemouth. Responsible for a case load of Fast Track Credit Hire files this role will allow the incumbent to further their career within the sector. This role is a Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm position.
Duties of a Credit Hire Litigation Executive
·The successful candidate will be responsible for their own caseload of credit hire claims working through the entire litigation process.
·The incumbent will use their skills and experience to make every file count whether this be through negotiation or at trial.
·This is a fast paced role so candidates will need to work hard making sure that every file is dealt with the same care.
Experience required for the Credit Hire Litigation Executive
·Credit Hire / RTA / Litigation Experience (Claimant or Defendant)
·A desire to succeed
·Client care skills
·Problem solving skills
·Attention to detail
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Good administration and organisational skills
