I am recruiting for a part time Accounts Assistant for my well established, prestigious manufacturing client based in Horbury.
Matching Purchase Invoices to delivery notes/purchase orders and posting to Sage
Posting Sales Invoices to Sage and emailing to customers
Raising invoices and credit notes on Sage
Posting customer receipts and supplier payments to Sage
Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards on Sage
General office duties - filing, opening and distributing post, answering the phone
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
Experience and knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts
Experienced Accounts Assistant or Administrator

Must be available to start 25th August.
