Analyst Support Administrator - 6 month contract

Welwyn Garden City

£20k pro rata (approx. £10.25p/h)

gap professional is representing our client who is a specialist manufacturer in the Aerospace industry. Currently there is an opportunity for a talented individual to join their team.

 

To be considered for this role you should be someone who is a self-motivated, ambitious analyst with strong analysis, data manipulation and report writing skills. Our client is looking for someone thrives in a team environment, as well as being able to manage their own workload and priorities with minimal supervision. Good communication skills and a high level of competence with MS Office, especially Excel and SQL are essential.

 

Main Duties, Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Provides daily assigned reporting
  • Create the tools for external resources to run reports
  • Run All Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports
  • To analyse and manipulate large amounts of data
  • To produce new reports for improvements and ad-hoc requests
  • To help automate periodic reports to reduce site workload
  • To create spreadsheets and tools to aid various day-to-day tasks
  • To think logically and creatively to come up with new ideas to improve data and reports
  • Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
  • Forecasting month on month, working with materials tools and planning tools to identify risks with the yearly forecasts
  • Be the business process owner for the internal system (Aventa)
  • Aid in segregation of duties between multiple systems
  • As a customer focused organisation all employees are expected to acquire basic product knowledge and take responsibility for providing effective front-line customer support by answering telephone calls or emails when required

 

Hours:

37.5 hours per week

(Mon - Thu 8:00am - 4.45pm, Fri 8:00am - 12:30pm)
