Bradford, BD4, Monday - Friday 37.5-40 hours per week (Monday will be a 0600 start, Tue-Fri a later start). £8.72 per hour.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our rapidly growing and well established E-Commerce client in Bradford BD4 for a Customer Service Administrator on a temp to perm basis.
- Processing online orders
- Data input
- Answering customer queries via email and the telephone
- Taking and passing on messages
- Providing product knowledge to customers
- Liaising with other areas of the business
- Any other administration duties
Experience, attributes & skills sought;
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a Customer Service or Administration role, be confident using Microsoft packages and be flexible.
It would also be beneficial however not essential if you had experience of working within a E-Commerce role.
