- Answering a large volume of inbound calls.
- Ensuring customers queries are handled quickly and effectively.
- Liaising with the Warehouse team to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
- Effectively inputting data into the companies internal systems.
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
- Experience of working within a contact centre.
- Customer Service experience.
- Able to prioritise workload and work well in a fast paced environment.
