Stockport, shifts to suit during the hours of 0800 - 1800 Monday to Friday. Salary DOE upt o £25,000 + bens.
I am recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Manager in Stockport to work with my prestigious, well established fashion client. The ideal candidate will be required to start as soon as possible.
You will be managing a team of 12-15 Customer Service Advisors and executives, whilst leading by example and providing day to day support within the team and ensuring a process is followed.
All calls are inbound and include - Order placing, order and shipment queries, product information and pricing queries to name a few.
Experience, attributes & skills sought:
- Ideally, you will have had experience liaising with a Warehouse or Distribution in regards to orders and shipments.
- You must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor in a Customer Service environment, or 1 year as a Manager.
- You will be ambitious, creative and motivated, with a true desire to lead and manage a team from the front using your experiences and knowledge.
