Field Sales Executive
Location: Newton Abbot
Salary: £24,000 + uncapped commission, car allowance, laptop and mobile phone

We are looking to recruit an experienced Field Sales Executive to join an already local, successful team in managing both new and existing customer requirements to understand, anticipate and practically meet their needs, whilst spotting potential sales opportunities
Key Responsibilities:

  • To self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals and warm/cold calling
  • Setting up appointments and visiting potential and existing customers
  • Representing at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Through training and learning provide pre-sales technical expertise and product education to customers
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • To take personal ownership for the delivery and completion of an order
  • To demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times with a desire to over achieve targets and establishing a culture of both personal and organisational trust.
  • To undertake any other duties as requested by the Sales Director in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role.



Experience, attributes & skills sought:

  • Proven track record in winning and developing new business
  • Negotiation skills
  • Full driving licence with the ability to travel within the Exeter area and attend trade exhibitions
